Maljon is a specialist timber treatment and damp control company based in Ipswich. Maljon has been running for over 50 years and was set up in 1971.
We undertake works for architects, surveyors, county councils and insurance companies, as well as builders and private individuals.

In-depth Surveys
Our surveyors will attend your property to investigate any damp, timber, or condensation problems.
Surveys start at £97.00 + VAT. The price will increase based on location, size of the property, and time required on-site.
Once we have been to the property, a full written report will be produced including any estimates of work which we recommend to be undertaken, and a sketch plan of the property to show the areas of dampness.

Insured-Backed Guarantees
We offer a 10-year guarantee for our timber treatments*, chemical damp proof course injection** and our below ground membrane systems.
In addition to our guarantees, we offer a 10-year insured backed guarantee with Accelerant Insurance UK Limited. This is a one-off fee in the unlikely event we go out of business and you need to make a claim against the work that we have carried out.
Once you have paid for your works in full, we will issue you the guarantee for your property.
