Surveys
Our surveyors will attend your property to investigate any damp, timber or condensation problems.
We charge from £90.00 + VAT for a survey. The price will increase based on location, size of the property, and time required on-site.
Once we have been to the property, we allow 5-7 working days to produce a full written report, any estimates of work which we recommend to be undertaken, and a sketch plan of the property to show the areas of dampness.
The report also includes recommendations of work which may need to be carried out by other professions such as roofers or plumbers.
Our estimates are valid for 6 months before we require to update these to allow for material price changes.
Please note, if we attend the property as planned and we are unable to gain access, we hold the rights to charge 50% of the quoted survey fee for a wasted visit.
