We strongly recommend conducting a damp and/or timber survey early in the sale or purchase process, as we provide a more specialised report compared to a standard Building Survey.

Our survey services start at £270.00+VAT, with the final price varying based on location, property size, and the time required on-site.

Following the property visit, we will deliver a comprehensive written report within three working days. This report will include detailed findings, recommended remedial work, and a sketch plan highlighting areas of dampness. Additionally, we will outline any further work that may need to be carried out by other professionals, such as roofers or plumbers.

All estimated works are covered by our guarantee and additional Back-Up Insurance. As a PCA-registered company, we meet the requirements of most lenders for guaranteed and insured work on properties.
