His trajectory within the company has been marked by notable milestones, with his transition to a surveyor in 1995 signifying a significant step forward. By 1999, Mark's expertise and dedication culminated in his appointment as a company director, solidifying his integral role within the organisation. The satisfaction derived from his professional journey is amplified by the privilege of working for a long-established and esteemed company, where tradition and excellence are ingrained in its identity. Presently, Mark holds dual roles as a Surveyor and Health and Safety Director, dedicating four days a week to contribute his wealth of experience and leadership to the continued success of Maljon. This dual responsibility underscores Mark's ongoing commitment to driving the company's growth and maintaining its esteemed reputation in the industry.
